Welcome to the rtemis online documentation.

rtemis

rtemis is a platform for advanced machine learning and visualization in R.

The rtemis project has three aims:

  • Applied Data Science: Make advanced data analysis efficient and accessible to all
  • Machine Learning Research: Provide a platform to develop and test novel ML algorithms
  • Education: Make ML concepts easy to learn by delivering bite-sized vignettes along with code and visualization

This website was created using Quarto.

rtemis began life at the Penn Neuroscience Graduate Group (Gennatas 2017).
